The competition, promoted by the Town Council of Estrela, Lisbon with the assistance of the Southern Regional Section of the Portuguese Institute of Architects (OASRS), aims to develop a project for restaurant modules in city square Vitorino Damásio and its occupation in the public space. 3 awards were awarded for their merit and quality, to which cezark obtained 3rd prize.
